Attendance: To make the most of our time together, every effort will be made to begin and end classes ON TIME! Please be prompt. It will make your child's adjustment easier, and is considerate to everyone else in class. Please: Keep this information in an accessible place as you may need to refer to it. Semester dates may extend due to the cancellation of classes and/or inclement weather.

MAKE-UP POLICY: We want the children to be able to attend as many classes as possible, and therefore allow you to attend two makeup classes per semester. These classes must be made up within the same semester and scheduled in advance by scheduling a makeup on line via our makeup scheduler.PLEASE DO NOT CALL OR EMAIL OUR OFFICE TO SCHEDULE A MAKEUP AND DO NOT SHOW UP AT A CLASS WITHOUT SCHEDULING A MAKE-UP IN ADVANCE ON THE MAKEUP SCHEDULER ON-LINE. This is not fair to the other class participants, and you may be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.Please speak to your teacher at least one week in advance regarding bringing older siblings or family members to visit the class.

REFUND POLICY For SPRING 2009 Refunds will NOT be given after FRIDAY, MARCH 27, 2009. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!

INCLEMENT WEATHER: If the weather is bad we will cancel classes. Please listen to the news at WEBE 108 or Star 99.9 or on TV NEWS CHANNEL 12 or CHANNEL 8, or call the office at (203) 256-1656. If the town you have class in has closed school for the day, we will be closed as well. If the town has a school delay, we will be holding classes on time as scheduled. If the weather becomes bad toward the afternoon, we will leave a message on our machine by 11:30 AM regarding classes that start at 1:00 pm or afterwards. We will also post information on the TV news channels 12 and 8. Any classes cancelled by us will be added to the end of the semester. You may also call Music Together at (203) 256-1656—we will leave a message on the answering machine by 7.00 am. ILLNESS Please DO NOT bring children to class who may have a contagious illness, runny nose, cough, etc...it will be greatly appreciated by other families. If your child is displaying these symptoms only due to allergies, please make your teacher aware of this BEFORE class begins so she may make the other moms aware. FOOD/DRINK Please do not bring food or drink into the classroom. Please be considerate and clean up after your child and please be sure to bring a plastic bag with you to put dirty diapers in a tied plastic bag BEFORE putting them in the trash!
